The renovation of 20,000 sq. ft. of new premises for the Soil, Water and Air Team (SWAT) was implemented in two phases. First, the construction of offices and meeting rooms, a large training room, lunch, locker and shower rooms was completed in the North wing. The second phase saw expansion into the entire West wing complete with a front reception opening into the elevator lobby to serve the new single tenant floor.

A desire to create an experientially healthy space led to the use of conscious colors, forms, products and building materials - from environmentally sound carpet tile to demountable partitions. Frost film patterns allowed light to penetrate spaces while maintaining privacy. A combination of calm, earthly hues and fluid spaces render an inviting and healthy overall environment.
