The project involved a 119 acre site with 49 existing buildings and a new hospital. In conformance with ORC's class EA, SBA had to identify buildings to be preserved. The buildings to remain had to be stabilized and serviced individually as the centralized services were slated for demolition. Buildings to be demolished were documented in accordance with ORC Class EA requirements. Intervention guidelines were developed to guide future development. SBA was the prime consultant managing the large consulting team of mechanical, electrical, civil, life safety, environmental, landscape, archeological and cost consultants.
