Old Don Jail, 1864: William Thomas and Sons Architects. SBA undertook the Heritage Significance Study as required by the City of Toronto for designation under the Ontario Heritage Act as well as Intervention Guidelines as required for conformance with ORC Class EA for this important pre-confederation building.

The building had been vacant since 1977. SBA was responsible for its stabilization and repair including; re-roofing, roof structure repair, corbel replacement, deteriorated masonry replacement, stone repointing, and building safety upgrades.
